Il Fascino di Roma is located in Via Firenze 25, a side road finishing on Via Nazionale, a famous shopping street, very close (just 150m) to Repubblica metro Station and Teatro dell’Opera.

Our Guest House is on the first floor of an elegant palace built in the 19th century, and it offers 6 rooms en suite w/ air con, free Wi-Fi and flat screen TV. Every room has a unique classic-modern style and offers private toilet with shower, hair dryer, private fridge and toilet utilities, safety box and a tea/coffee corner with private kettle.

During the morning, we serve a buffet style breakfast in the dining room, including croissants and pastries, bread, jams, and gluten free products.

The reception is open every day from 7.00am to 08.00pm. Check-in starts at 2.00 pm. Those who arrive earlier can leave their luggage in our safekeeping. Arrivals expected after 8.00 pm must be communicated in advance to receive instructions for self check-in.

Staff really friendly, polite and also very helpful. Breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from. Room clean comfortable. Location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Victor Emanuelle II monument and the Colosseum. Lots of lovely cafes and restaurants nearby offering superb food and great service.
